This was a last-minute rental, and they were very fast and accommodating, which I really appreciated. The booking process was very easy, communication was clear, and their customer service was excellent from start to finish. We use My Bounce House Guy for all our birthday parties at home for our daughters! The water slides are clean and excellent quality. Their staff does a great job setting up and taking down when they say they will be there.

We had such a wonderful experience with this company from start to finish! We booked on very short notice for my daughter’s party, and they still went above and beyond to accommodate us without any issues. Communication was excellent the entire time — they were always responsive through chat and answered every question quickly and professionally. One thing that truly stood out was their kindness and flexibility. Because of their scheduling, they allowed us to keep the bounce house an extra day at no additional charge, which was such an amazing surprise for my daughter and made the experience even more special. They were also incredibly accommodating during setup and had no problem moving the bounce house to a different location when we requested it. Everything was set up beautifully, the service was smooth, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful for their professionalism, generosity, and customer service. We’ve used this company multiple Times for birthday parties and neighborhood parties in Stuart! They are timely and professional. They usually come earlier than the requested time and will leave the item later if they are able to. I’ve never had an issue. Their communication is great and everyone has been kind and helpful! If you are on the Treausre coast you can’t go wrong using this company.

I have been using this company for all my kids events for the last 6 years and they have always been on point, always on time, the bounce houses are in excellent conditions, and the whole experience is super easy from beginning to end. I absolutely recommend them.
